Our Responsibility to Seek Truth
#34 - In a 2013 talk, Dieter F. Uchtdorf said, “The thing about truth is that it exists beyond belief. It is true even if nobody believes it.”
All of us have a responsibility to seek truth in this life. The scriptures teach, “you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)
But it can be hard to discern between real truth and things that may be only partially true — or even blatantly false.
Today, we’re going to talk about what truth is, why it matters and how searching for it is worth every effort.
We hope it encourages you to follow “the way, the TRUTH and the life” Himself: Jesus.
