And to be familiar with him. We must have a correct idea of his perfections, his attributes, and even an admiration for the excellency of his character. I hope and I invite the Holy Ghost to be with you today, to teach you or maybe to remind you of some things that our heavenly father is.
Even in the first article of Faith, the very first thing that we say is that we believe, number one, in God, the eternal father. President Nelson gave a talk a few years ago called Let God Prevail. And if you remember, one of the meanings of the name or title of Israel is a people that will let God prevail.
